Sehr schönes modernes Apartment mit einem Schlafzimmer und einer Bettcouch für 2 Personen im Wohnzimmer. Sehr schöner Balkon mit Meerblick und Feuerstelle. Direkt am Beach.

The view. Friendly on site management. There was information provided inside the unit, but not ahead of time. I was told this was unique to booking through Booking.com.
This site is managed by CP Property Management. They do all communications through text. I emailed ahead of time- they never replied.
If you call the number, it does not accept calls. Some questions answered immediately, others take hours for a reply. In any event providing the additional information needed (like garage access code) would be helpful and necessary to avoid stressful check-in.
Coffee maker did not brew Kcups.
Upon arrival we noticed— Cleaning missed removing a pair of underwear hanging in the bathroom; and used coffee grounds in the coffee maker.
Sofa is not comfortable, could stand to be replaced.
