I loved how the property manager sent very simple instructions how to check via email with the code for the door and garage. The apartment was very clean with all amenities needed super comfortable bedroom and sofa that pulls out very well kept! The washer/dryer is one unit, nice dishwasher and big refrigerator and plenty of towels and lovely body wash and shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom . Great location! Near the ocean walking distance of one minute! Quiet area. The apartment has a clean garage with all the beach essentials you need.
Some remolding in front of the location was a bit annoying and the road kind of narrow when pulling out of the garage/driveway. The bathroom needs a fan. Other than that amazing location and no concerns of safety.
