Tolle neuwertige moderne Wohnung mit Dachterrasse. Gute Aussstattung. Sehr ruhige Lage im Stadtteil Bothfeld, 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt von der Stadtbahnlinie. Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich.

Auf der Dachterrasse fehlte ein Sonnenschirm. Auf die Balkontüren schien im Hochsommer von nachmittags bis abends die Sonne. Die Vorhänge hätten etwas mehr verdunkeln müssen.

Located in a decent, quiet neighborhood yet very close to major supermarkets, this place is a gem. The room is beautifully designed, spacious, and offers plenty of storage space. I was highly impressed by the high-end amenities, including Siemens kitchen appliances and a central Fujitsu air-conditioning system—which was an absolute lifesaver during the summer heat. Everything was also cleaned to an exceptionally high standard. The bed is incredibly comfortable—soft yet highly supportive. Additionally, while the standard check-in time is a bit early, the host is very accommodating and you can easily coordinate a late self-check-in.

If I had to suggest any minor improvements, a shower curtain for the open side of the half-closed shower would be useful to prevent water from splashing onto the floor, and it would be great if the host could offer a few more pillow options.

Parking (scratched my car because somebody put a brick in the parking space lol), paid laundry (6 euros), and a rude Ukrainian man who god knows what was doing there (idk if he is staff)
