Roomy 5 Bed 3 Bath Fire Place Large Outdoor Space

La casa estaba muy bien.

El aire acondicionado no funcionó en el piso de arriba., Una noche, los vecinos estuvieron en su jardín, con la música excesivamente alta hasta las 12h00 de la noche, después de rogarles que nos dejaran dormir.

The house was centrally located to everything that we did in the Black Hills and Badlands. The owner was excellent at communicating before and during our stay which made everything very organized. Nice neighborhood and nice clean house!

Just little things. There was no sponge to do dishes. We could have used more towels and sheets. The garbage pail was a little small and there were 12 of us and we cooked a lot. Grill was dirty. Kitchen drawers could use some repair.

The place was clean and nicely renovated. There was a lot of space. The beds were comfortable and the house had everything we needed.

The area was nice and had easy access to surrounding areas. The house was large and able to accommodate 2 families.

The AC system stopped working during a heatwave due to a lack of preventive maintenance. We had to go buy an additional fan just to sleep. We had two days and nights in the house with inside temps above 80 degrees. The beds creaked a lot mainly due to cheap beds being purchased. The table and chairs in the dining room were bottom line. I'd expect a little nicer furniture for the amount we were paying per night. We also had to go exchange the propane tank since this was not checked prior to our arrival. We were reimbursed for the propane. The dishwasher had a lot of hard water buildup so the pod dispenser did not work.
