About this house rental

Senior and Active Military Discounts available - must be person making reservation and be willing to provide proof of ID at time of booking. Our Aaron house is the most accessible of our MAM Rentals properties. Suitable for those challenged physically, friendly for those who may have trouble with stairs, or little toddlers' safety. Multiple bedrooms, a walk-in shower as well as the kitchen and main living area on main floor.

This property is locally owned and managed by us, residents of Rapid City. We respect your privacy and will not be present during your stay, but live in the neighborhood and are readily available to answer any questions you may have. You can expect timely and personal responses directly from us.

Shepherd Hills Subdivision on a ridge on eastern side of Rapid City with views of Black Hills to the west and of Ellsworth AFB and open rolling hills to the east. Amazing views throughout neighborhood, stunning sunrises and sunsets. Less than 5 minutes to Watiki waterpark, Rushmore Crossing shopping and restaurants, SAM's Club, Target, and Menards and I-90 interstate access. 10 minutes to Rapid City downtown attractions and Ellsworth AFB gates.

Entire property

This nearly 3000 square foot house includes 5 bedrooms (plus a "6th bedroom" walk-in closet with an infant crib), 3 bathrooms, 2 large living rooms, dining area with seating for 12, and a plenty of room for games, exercise, and relaxation. Enjoy amazing views, especially at night, out of the main floor living room or outdoor patio area.

Bedrooms have 2 King beds, 2 Queens, and 2 bunk beds to comfortably accommodate 12 guests. There is also an oversized walk-in closet with a full-sized crib for any infants in your family/group. Two large living rooms have seating for 6-8 each to watch favorite streaming on 65" HDTV VIZIO TV's that are super intuitive and easy to operate. 3-car garage with at least 2 stalls available for indoor parking during the majority of the year.

To ensure a comfortable and safe stay for everyone, we ask that you please observe the following rules:

No Parties — And We Mean It. Absolutely NO PARTIES, EVENTS, or GATHERINGS are allowed on the property at any time.
The only individuals authorized to be on the property are those guests who are included in the reservation and those who have received pre-approval from us, the owners and managers of the property.
Any unauthorized visitors, regardless of how long they are on the property or if they come in a group or in one’s and two’s, will be treated as overnight guests and may result in additional charges and/or an immediate termination of the booking without refund,
The property is monitored by exterior security cameras and our safety conscious neighbors who help us keep the space safe, comfortable, and enjoyable for everyone — including future guests like you.
Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.
No Pets: Due to severe owner allergies, no pets or animals of any kind are allowed on the property, inside or out. A significant sanitization fee will be charged for violations.
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in the home and anywhere on the property. A $500 deodorizing fee may be applied if evidence of smoking is found.
Food and Drink: Please confine all eating and drinking to the kitchen and patio areas.
Primary Guest: The person who makes the reservation must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. We do not allow third party bookings.

The primary guest will be required to sign an online rental agreement verifying that they and all the guests will be informed of and abide by these rules during the stay before access to the property will be granted.

We had a wonderful time in Rapid City for our 5-day stay for our daughter's wedding . We have a disabled family member and sometimes finding places to stay is difficult. This home was accessible and the owner was wonderful to work with to make sure our stay was comfortable. You feel like you're in a home and not a large hotel room. It has easy access to Town amenities. We would stay again.

The house had plenty of room and well furnished in every room. It was very clean and still had a new look and feel. We enjoyed the backyard too! We liked having a washer & dryer to use along with the detergent & dryer sheets available.

The home was perfect for our 8 people (4 families). It was very clean and communication from /with the host was excellent. The location was a great central starting point for day trips to Badlands, Mount Rushmore, Jewel Cave, and Wind Cave. Shopping and restaurants are nearby. we totally enjoyed the accommodations and our stay in Rapid City.
