Most importantly the unit was clean . The facilities were complete and functioning. It was just cosy, parking was also easy.
We probably went there during hot season, so it can get pretty warm at night. It would be great if there are fans in the rooms.

The location was fantastic and it is good value for money, given that it can accompany a large group. The owner is also very prompt in responding to any message.
The size of the sofa. 😅 It’s a two seater but the house can fit up to 10 people.
Perhaps this isn’t entirely the property’s problem but the person at the guard house when we arrived wasn’t very friendly or helpful.

I've stayed in Silverpark before - a place with tiles for flooring, night was so cold I hated stepping onto the floor. This unit has wood flooring and provides house slippers. it really helps to manage with the cold.
Something to improve on is to provide water container or teapot to prepare drinks or store drinking water.
