Villa Francesca - private pool

Everything was excellent! The accommodation was so beautiful! 3 double rooms en-suite & an extra toilet/utility room. Spotlessly clean , air conditioned, fully equipped. Loads of spaces to chill out as there was 6 of us and the pool was our highlight , it was so clean with good quality sun beds . Our hosts were exceptional , answering every single question immediately .

good location about 10 miles out of sorrento in a small community sant agata, villa was gated and had free car-parking, big garden with nice pool, take bug spray, large patio and our door dining table and chairs, gas bbq , best thing 3 bedrooms with own bathroom + one other toilet , washing machine and aircon in the bedrooms, netflix on 2 of the bedroom tvs

all was great, maybe bigger recycling bins would have been good and all tvs to have netflix

Great villa, lovely and clean with excellent location. The three bedrooms are all a good size with en suites. The terrace is huge and really peaceful despite being only a minute walk from the town centre which has plenty of excellent restaurants and a good little supermarket. Our kids loved the pool, it's not huge but it's clean and safe.

The kitchen could be better equipped, one chopping board is not enough and for 6 people more mugs and glasses are needed. Also a selection of smaller saucepans would be more useful than the 2 huge ones.

The villa looked exactly like the pictures — spacious, beautiful, and very well maintained. The beds were large and comfortable, just as described, with true extra-large sizing. The property is conveniently located close to the center of Sant’Agata, with several convenience stores and restaurants nearby, making it very easy to get around and access essentials. Carmine was extremely helpful throughout our stay. He assisted us with all the necessary information and even helped arrange tours for us. He was very friendly, welcoming, and took the time to explain everything clearly.

1. Biggest set back was Pool is “not” heated. Since the private pool is one of the main attractions of the villa, it became practically unusable in May. (This information was Very conveniently not mentioned in the details). So the cost paid is too high if you can’t use a pool. 2. No shower gel was provided in the villa, which was inconvenient during the stay. 3. The quality of the kitchen utensils and pans was quite poor. Many of the pans were heavily scratched, and the cups and glasses appeared old and worn out. We had to wash everything again before using them. 4. Towels were of so poor quality.. some of the towels were so worn out that the fur was completely gone. Thanks to the pool side towels, they were good to use. 5. Getting around without a personal car is very difficult. Public transport is not really practical in the area, and taxis to and from Sorrento or Naples can become very expensive. 6. The WiFi connectivity was also quite poor throughout our stay. The connection did not work properly in most areas of the villa.
