Elegant Sea View Villa with Private Infinity Pool and Panoramic Terraces – Villa Raffaella
Set in a quiet and private location near Sant’Agata sui Due Golfi, Villa Raffaella is a refined retreat surrounded by the lush greenery of the Sorrentine Peninsula and overlooking the stunning Gulf of Salerno and the iconic Li Galli islands. This elegant villa offers the perfect balance between relaxation, comfort and breathtaking scenery, making it ideal for families or small groups of up to 6 guests.
The highlight of the property is its beautiful outdoor space, designed to be enjoyed throughout the day. A well-maintained Mediterranean garden with fruit trees surrounds the private infinity pool (6 x 4 m, 1.30 m deep), open from April 1st to October 31st, where guests can relax on sun loungers and take in the spectacular sea views.
The panoramic terraces provide the perfect setting for outdoor living. One of them is covered by a charming blooming wisteria pergola, creating a romantic and relaxing atmosphere enhanced by the scent of flowers and the gentle sea breeze. The outdoor dining area features a large table for 8 guests, ideal for al fresco meals, while a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, barbecue and wood-fired oven (available only with the villa’s pizzaiolo) allow for authentic Italian culinary experiences.
Inside, the villa is spread over two levels and offers bright, comfortable and well-organized spaces. The ground floor features a cozy living room with sofa, armchairs and Smart TV, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with dining area for 6 guests, fitted with a 4-burner gas stove, electric oven, dishwasher, kettle, fridge with freezer, pod coffee machine and toaster. This level also includes one bedroom with a queen-size bed and a bathroom with shower.
Upstairs, two additional bedrooms with queen-size beds open directly onto a panoramic terrace, offering stunning sea views. A second bathroom with shower serves this floor.
The villa is equipped with all modern comforts, including air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, bed linen and towels. An outdoor laundry area with washing machine, iron and ironing board is also available. Guests benefit from free private parking on the property for up to 3 small cars.
Please note that access to the villa is via a narrow road of approximately 500 meters, not suitable for large vehicles. A small car is strongly recommended.
