Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko na Stary Rynek. Dobrze skomunikowane. W pobliżu sklep osiedlowy i markety. Miejsce parkingowe pod budynkiem dodatkowo płatne, ale warto też wynająć, bo z parkowaniem ciężko w centrum.
Niestety mieszkanie nie było dobrze posprzątane. Musieliśmy poprawić sami. Właścicielka deklarowała wizytę ekipy na następny dzień, ale to już mały komfort jak się pozostawia swoje rzeczy. Nie wykazała też woli zrekompensowania dyskomfortu np. bezpłatnym wydłużeniem czasu wymeldowania o 1-2 godz., o co grzecznie prosiliśmy. Lokal ogólnie do odświeżenia. Część mebli była uszkodzona, sfatygowane rolety, kanapa w salonie juz wysłużona. Właścicielka z początku współpracująca, pozornie otaczająca opieką, potem jednak nie godząc sie z krytyką lokalu przekroczyła granicę relacji biznesowej, odgrażając mi się jako osobie prywatnej, a także oceniając mnie po zawodzie jaki wykonuję i miejscu zamieszkania, co jest niedopuszczalne i nieprofesjonalne przy obsłudze klienta. Zostały naruszone moje dane wrażliwe, RODO sie kłania...
