Dość mocno słychać sąsiadów. Bardzo słabo wyciszone drzwi.

Czysto, pachnąco, bardzo dobra lokalizacja.

Trochę mały balkon a raczej balkono-parapet.

Place is still a CONSTRUCTION site and it has not been mentioned before. Main door does NOT close at all, being open 24/7h --> SECURITY threat. (mentioned it, no reaction). Mentioned elevator to the one being build is OUT OF SERVICE. (mentioned it, no reaction.) It's actually an alternative elevator from the adjascent building. The actual elevator to this building has not even been build yet. Disclosed this information. Apartment is on the 3rd floor. Prepare for a schleep. Slightly wrong address in check in description (already addressed by previous guests and promised to be fixed by accomodation management as they wrote publicly) --> It has not. Bed is too small for two (average sized) people (120 cm, although a 140 would have easily fit). Prepare for uncomfortable nights squeezing in. Relatively clean during check in, albeit previous guests' tooth paste leftovers still above sink. In general, accomodation management company did not seem to have ANY clue about the apartment and addressed topics, as if they have not been to the place in a long time - whilst also not showing any interest into these being adddressed. The highlight in communication was a FLAT OUT LIE when requesting a one hour later check out and being told it's impossible due to next guests coming in the same sunday afternoon - when booking.com clearly showed the apartment was empty and no guests coming in that day/next days. All in all, "ok" but clearly disappointing and definitely not worth the high price. Great experiences with the established competition in the area.
