Very comfortable room , perfect location for us as we were visiting family locally and attending uni graduation. Very easy to get bus to train station .
Included breakfast was great. Host was very friendly and helpful , accommodated our late check-in and early departure
Hand held shower would be great addition or provide shower cap for overhead shower

The room was tastefully furnished, and opened into the garden with outdoor seating.
We loved being greeted with tea and cake and the breakfast was exceptional.
The host, Chrissy, was very pleasant and helpful
Excellent location in the heart of Harborne
The room was a bit bijou, but everything else made up for it!

I had an absolutely lovely stay. The room was spotlessly clean, smelt nice, and the bed was very comfortable. Chrissie was always responsive, welcoming, and helpful. The delicious breakfast was beautifully served at the agreed time. Couldn’t ask for more.
