FABULOUS

What can I say, Chrissie is an amazing hostess, who made me feel welcome as soon as I set foot through the door. My room was like home from home, beautiful decor and with treats and tea/coffee making facilities. I was even treated to a cup of tea on arrival. The bed was very comfy with luxury bedding and fresh, high quality towels for the morning. It was peaceful and quiet and I had a great sleep fresh for my work induction the next day. In addition breakfast was fabulous, with a special little desert course to follow. I felt spoilt.

The only thing I disliked about my stay was that it wasn't long enough!

I loved how homely it felt and we were made to feel really comfortable. The main benefit to this stay was the host- so lovely and welcoming. Also the breakfast was homemade and delicious.

Not a single complaint about the property-just sad I didn’t meet the dog!

Wonderful, the perfect stay with the most fantastic host!

Chrissie was the most wonderful host. Extremely welcoming and so accommodating. I had to leave Albany House early the next day and the early check out wasn't an issue, Chrissie even set up a breakfast for me to have at 6am..! I am looking forward to my next visit and will definitely be booking again.

It was a fantastic stay overall though very short.

Had excellent home cooked breakfast. The location was good. The room had excellent facilities.

The shower cubicle is too small and difficult to move around. The hotel name is not displayed well and can be a bit tricky to find.

Breakfast was beautifully prepared each day, my bed was amazing and I had the best night sleep. Felt like I was living in luxury! Perfect location just off the high street and plenty of parking. Highly highly recommend! Chrissie was warm and welcoming .

The property was beautifully decorated. It was elegant and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and classy. Great facilities near by without feeling like you’re slap bang in the middle of things. Just a lovely overnight stay and will definitely use for any future stays ☺️

Chrissie is an exceptional host, the house & room was spotless, we found hidden extras, biscuits, chocolates & toiletries in the well equipped & tastefully decorated room which wasn't expected. We slept very well in the comfortable bed & the breakfast was delicious, we were made to feel very welcome and would definitely recommend this lovely B&B for a stay.

Perfectly situated for all the area has to offer. Premises were spotless and comfortable. Parking can be a problem but nothing the owner can control. We always managed to find somewhere and we gave a large car to park! Chrissy the owner did everything to make our stay a memorable one. Her quiet passion for creating special breakfasts is unique. She was interesting, friendly but not overpowering. We had a delightful stay and need an excuse to pay a return visit!!

Very nice clean property in Harborne where I was visiting family. Comfortable King-size bed and very nice bathroom. Very friendly landlord who made us feel very welcomed.

Street parking can be a bit tricky at busy/peak times.

The host is lovely and friendly. Breakfast was delicious, not the usual run of the mill offerings you would normally get. I would stay again.

The ensuite door could do with oiling 😂 (I forgot to mention it to the host). I was by myself so it wasn't a problem.

Home from home, Albany House is just lovely

Chrissie is a lovely, funny, welcoming lady who really cares about the comfort of her guests. The bed was very comfy and the breakfast delicious. Extra touches were a little cake and tea on arrival and a spotless bathroom of lovely smelling products. I would definitely stay again.
