L'alloggio è incantevole. La posizione alle pendici di un rilievo è tranquilla, silenziosa e beneficia di una vista sulla vallata davvero bella. Suggestivo il volo dei nibbi reali a brevissima distanza che partono dai nidi sullo sperone di roccia sovrastante il complesso residenziale. L'appartamento (bilocale) è dotato di tutti i comfort possibili, nuovo, pulito, silenzioso e arredato con cura. Si trova a 3km da una bellissima spiaggia e da un piccolo centro commerciale con un supermercato molto fornito. Eccellente rapporto qualità/prezzo, considerati i prezzi della Corsica, tutt'altro che economici.
Per migliorare ulteriormente la fruibilità dell'appartamento consiglierei di: - sostituire la tenda della doccia con una porta a vetri; - dotare la cucina di uno scolapiatti; - sistemare la zona parcheggi creando delle piazzole pianeggianti e pavimentate (parcheggiare un motoveicolo su un terreno molto scosceso e dissestato è molto difficoltoso)
