Limpeza Harmonia Perto da praia

A casa estava muito bem equipada, bem decorada e muito bem limpa. Gostei da atenção com os miminhos à chegada. A localização perto da praia e sendo Junho ainda havia pouca gente nas redondezas o que permitiu descansar melhor ainda.

Great location. Spacious apartment. Well-equipped kitchen. Good Wi-Fi.

Poor staff support. The handyman on duty didn’t know about our arrival and didn’t have keys. Check-in only starts very late, at 18:00, but we only got into the flat an hour later. No apology from the not very friendly lady who turned up to hand over keys. She left her own set of keys in the apartment. after filing her we drove to reception to leave them but reception was closed “Oh you can leave them in the apartment”. Again no apology for our inconvenience. Maintenance poor, with peeling paint and kitchen and hallway furniture damaged. For a large living room, there was only a very small, non-smart TV (so no streaming services). TV in bedroom even smaller and not smart either. This is an expensive, upmarket resort but what we got was mediocre with very poor service.
