This traditional and large 4 bedroom villa offers ample floor area and accommodates up to ten people including children. It is located in the very popular Casas da Audiência resort, next to Praia Verde, and only a stone’s throw from the beach which is approximately 150 meters away.

The villa features three double bedrooms on the first floor, all with en-suites and outside terraces. On the ground floor, there is a large bedroom with four single beds, which is ideal for a family or just for the kids. There is also an additional bathroom / cloakroom with shower. All bedrooms provide plenty of storage space with large built in wardrobes.

Villa 38 has a spacious open plan living room, kitchen and dining area, which opens out onto the garden outdoor dinning area and pool. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a small larder with a second fridge freezer, which is ideal for larger groups. The villa is fully air conditioned and has cable TV and fast fibre internet.

The villa backs onto a nature reserve with a lake and extensive pine tree trails, which is a beautiful walk or bike ride into the tourist town of Monte Gordo, and is a favourite of hikers and birdwatchers. The sports facilities in Vila Real Santo António are regularly used by training athletes throughout the year.

Jumping facilities and dedicated throwing facilities are also available, where many other sports are catered for. The Complex is one of the most highly regarded centres in Europe. Monte Gordo is an established holiday resort with a flat blue flag beach, stretching over 20km. This is ideal for warm weather training sessions. There are over 12km of off road tracks that can be found in the pine forests that lie between Vila Real de Santo António and Monte Gordo.

Ria Formosa Natural Reserve: The vast beaches and isles from Faro to Tavira form a natural barrier to the Ocean. Behind are the vast expanses of dunes and after those a labyrinth of lagoons and small sand isles, mud flats and canals. At low tide other salty habitats are uncovered, because the sea penetrates right up to land, forming marches and salt marshes
