Spacious, secluded and luxurious space. Thank you we will be back.
Location was perfect for me, less than 10 minutes to a show venue. We were close enough to the beach and enjoyed an afternoon stroll. Great for the dog (shepherd sized) who had the choice of 2 totally secure outdoor areas. The property is equipped with everything you might need and furnished to a very high standard.

Great place to stay, everything conveniently located, would definitely recommend!
Beautiful property, dog friendly, very clean, comfortable and well maintained. Great location for visiting family and the Broads. Pleasant dog walks along the river nearby. Milk, tea, coffee was provided in the property on our arrival. Mature trees in the back garden, lots of birds and squirrels.
The patio fencing at the back of the property isn’t escape proof for very small dogs (we have two tiny Yorkies) but there is a very secure front garden.
