Top Lage im Marait. Lea Enfants Rouge direkt um die Ecke für leckeres Essen und Notre Dame fussläufig.
Kein Aufzug, die Deckenhöhe ist für große Menschen wenig geeignet, vor allem das Bad ist sehr eng und man stößt sich unweigerlich den Kopf. Bad braucht Renovierung, die Tür zum Bad klemmt und quietscht. Dusche ok. Kann man sicher beheben. Nur die Deckenhöhe nicht.

Out of property management control but noteworthy: Tread on the 4th floor stair is extremely short and steep, cobblestone entry to specific apt building unit dips and there is no light so a bit precarious at night, you need to duck around the beam in the bedroom area, the slanted ceilings in the toilet and sink area in the bathroom requires constant attention to avoid hitting your head. Apt entry was a daily problem until the old, defective lock mechanism was finally replaced.
