Villamar

Villamar is right on the beach in Salema, a quiet, low-key, slightly Boho 'resort' east of Sagres. We loved it and can't wait to return. We were late arriving but were sent all the details to access our spacious, light room. Keypad entry. Rita provided beach towels and recommended local restaurants. Our room on 2nd floor had a balcony overlooking the lovely beach, which had parasols and loungers, included in the price . Fridge in room was great. We bought yogurt and fruit for breakfast from the little supermarket almost next door which also sells sandwiches, croissants, nice beer and champagne! . Tea and coffee and bottled water were provided and daily housekeeping. Shower was great, WiFi was very good.

Nothing. If I'm being picky.the lights on the landing were slow to come on, so it was dark for a few seconds too long.

Lage, Balkon, Komfort, Sauberkeit, Strand, kostenfreie Liegestühle. Es ist schön zu sehen, dass es Salema gelingt, seinen Charme beizubehalten - keine Hochhäuser, kein Ballermann, ehemaliges Fischerdorf mit kleinem, aber feinem Strand und mehreren guten Restaurants.

Hairdryer didn’t work told them twice and shower flooded bathroom

Die Lage war sehr gut bei Selbstversorgung. Belästigung durch Küchenabluft aus Hotelrestaurant.

Das Zimmer hatte eine defekte Klimaanlage/Heizung bei Ankunft, die nach 2 Tagen repariert. Das Zimmer war nicht gründlich gesäubert bei Anreise.
