Great location, great price, and very friendly people.
The mattress was a little old. We got stuck in the elevator.

The location!
The location was perfect. John's pass Boardwalk is right across the street. The unit we stayed in is on the beach.
It was a good value for what we paid. It had a full kitchen.
The staff was very nice and there is a nice pool.
We had a great time.

The only thing we would have liked would be a patio balcony. That is no ones fault but ours though because we did not ask.
They do have units that have a patio area or balcony. I am not sure if they are rentals. I think some of them are privately owned.

Location and staff were amazing.
The mattress may need replacing, starting to give out.

Met some really nice ppl.
The beach was to hard to walk on. The studio was to old fashion. The laundry room was to hard to move around. The washer and dryers were old and beat up. The shower was horrible.
