Hosts Paul and Eira are very friendly and helpful. Apartment is ideal for two, very clean and comfortable. Having the outside area was a huge bonus to sit out, eat & drink in the sun. Also being in a central position, it was great to have everything in Fowey on the doorstep.Thank goodness for the shuttle bus to take you up the hill!
The noise of the seagulls could be overwhelming at times, but the owners had done all that they could, to deterr them as much as possible.
A very minor point: a few more hooks around for clothes, towels etc, would have been helpful, as well as a few more kitchen implements & mugs, for when some are being washed, would have been good. (Butter dish, extra sharp knife etc).

Fantastic location in the centre of Fowey.
Eira met us at the property and walked us around ensuring we knew where everything was.

Central location great, newly carpeted and decorated, private and clean. Worth knowing the nearby car parks use the Just Park app or credit cards.
Recommend host buys cafetiere, teapot, washing powder, recycling bin; plus hooks or rails for towels or coats as there are none. Walk to car park is ten minutes. Didn't like the musty smell in the bedroom (or noisy seagulls at 5 am). Wouldn't have wanted to sit on the terrace which is just above the shops in a narrow central lane. Good to know there are four steps up and down from lounge/kitchen to bedroom/ensuite.
