The Nifty Nook Studio with Parking and Wi-fi

Location was good for me.

Access to key and parking was hindered by steel frame taking up room.

It is close to the local shopping centre in Henderson. It is also within walking distance to a small group of shops which include a takeaway shop, bakery and a general superette type shop. Also walking distance to Sunnyvale railway station for trains into Auckland's CBD and to Henderson. Access to Auckland's west coast beaches and the Waitakere Ranges for bush walking tracks is easy from here. The property has a washing machine which was very helpful but no dryer. There are Laundromats close by in Henderson where washers and dryers are available.

The outside presentation could be improved as the front of the building does look a little tired. The driveway is quite steep but there are stairs to the side if walking. My small rental car was able to go up the drive without too much trouble with two flat areas for parking. It is across the road from the railway line but I didn't find the noise a problem. I personally found the lockbox a bit hard to access as it was quite low down and the way it faced but that may not be an issue for others.
