The open floor plan is great.
Backing out of the driveway was always an issue due to neighbors being parked on the street. The only thing FREE was access to Puerto Secco beach. No food or drink allowed in, so no real savings. The house advertised as a 3 bedroom; however, all the other rooms were locked, so I had a one bedroom.
It could use better outdoor seating.
The cleanliness was not great, as we kept finding long black hair all over the house and floor… and in the toaster…
The owner was very nice but didn’t need to check in every day…

Loved the community, peaceful and quiet, days and night..
Easy accessible to shops and hot food.
Place had everything needed.
Security was a bonus and very strict.
