Bright and modern 1 Bed Flat Central London

The location, easy access, good supermarked and coffe shops nearby. Not far from the tube.

The temperature inside the appartment. Because of the heatwaves, the appartment needs urgently a air conditioning. Just not possible to slep in the upper level of the appartment after a hot day.

Great little stop over spot. After a long day exploring London. Lovely to have a relaxing place to stay. Near to loads of shops and restaurants. Easy to sort out breakfast or snacks. 12 to 15 minutes walk to the tube.

A couple of silly things to mention: The WIFI and TV could do with improved instructions as to 'how to'. Very nice soap dispensers in the shower area....a bit of a pain to find them empty when standing in the shower soaking wet! Final mention for potential visitors: The flat has a very steep and slippery spiral staircase and would not suit anyone infirm. Even if you are able-bodied then don't venture on the staircase with your socks on!

The location - walking distance to Victoria station, pubs, restaurants & behind palace. Easy access to HOHO bus. Fully furnished, small apartment had everything we needed. Owner communicated well regarding keys for check-in & out.

Location is easy for transport links, walkable to many places including amenities like pubs and groceries. Interesting art on the walls with a bit more personality than your average serviced apartment, nice selection of books and magazines for browsing.

The front hallway of the building was being renovated during our stay, which will be nice for future guests, but for us meant the sound of builders listening to loud radio right outside our door, and having to schlep suitcases over building works. There were also several cleanliness/maintenance issues (moldy sponge in kitchen, bathroom sink very slow to drain) that would be totally tolerable if you were staying with a friend for free, but were less attractive when we were paying for it. The layout was too small to be really functional for a group of our size (family of four). For example: once the couch downstairs was unfolded, it wasn't possible to use the dining table; there was nowhere to tuck suitcases away; to access the toilet you need to walk through the upstairs bedroom loft. Would work much better for a couple.
