A little on the outside of town but perfect position if catching the ferry to Villa SAN Giovani

Only stayed the one night as getting the ferry next day & it was ideal for that. The place was spotlessly clean & modern with all facilities
Ideal for ferry terminal but quite a bit away from messina centre but pleasant enough walk. Taxi driver had difficulty finding address.

Room was OK and clean but it didn't meet my expectations regarding garden view and breakfast. Easy to communicate with the owner and self-check in.
no garden view, just wall behind the window, breakfast was a store bought dry brioche, store bought nutella, location far away from everything, also not a hotel but rather B&B if you can call it like that.
