I'm back home after a two week trip. It was the best accommodation on the trip. All facilities in the property were new. The bed smelled good and the bathroom was very clean. It is located near the German border and close to Salzburg. If you rent a car and travel, I would definitely recommend this accommodation. The parking lot is large and the neighborhood is quiet. There is also a large supermarket nearby. I moved to Munich from here and it was my third trip to Germany, and all the Germans I met were kind. Koreans travel a lot to Salzburg, and if you have a rental car, I recommend you to stay here.

Eine sehr saubere und schön dekorierte Ferienwohnung mit allem was man braucht. Vielen lieben Dank an die Gastgeberin, dass wir ihre Gäste seien durften! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Können wir nur empfehlen!

Świetna lokalizacja przy trasie do Włoch. Apartament przygotowany z dbałością o szczegóły i z sercem. Wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy. Wejście na kod, bardzo wygodnie. Dobry kontakt z gospodarzem, po niemiecku ale to nie problem w dobie dostępu do tłumaczeń online. Polecam.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, gemütlich und funktional. Es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Gastgeber waren sehr nett.

Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist ruhig und friedlich. Die Gastgeberin ist äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alle Details zum Aufenthalt sind klar beschrieben. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und hell. Die Lage ist ideal für Spaziergänge in der Umgebung von Bad Reichenhall und Salzburg. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und können die Wohnung wärmstens empfehlen.

這是屬於民宿形式，請具備基礎英文（當然德文最佳）溝通能力，理解屋主的規定，退房時請清理垃圾不留在屋內，復原廚房使用的器具碗盤。請善用google智慧鏡頭，了解提供的消耗品是什麼。基本上是包下二樓入住，有客廳、臥房、浴室、廚房、陽台，五個獨立空間皆可使用，空間很大很舒適。屋主在入住時提供了大份量水果盤、迎賓飲料（並不是水喔）、零食、巧克力，此外廚房有各式茶包、三合一咖啡、咖啡包（使用咖啡機），非常豐富。旅館周圍是安靜的居民區，若要採買建議是火車站旁邊的超市。廚房各項物品皆有（不含微波爐），使用電器請確認使用方式（應該還算直覺）並小心安全（熱水壺燒水沸騰後請手動關電），並且要負責清洗回覆原狀。客廳電視可以看Youtube。屋內有很多書和桌遊，不過要懂德文才行。如果不是租車前往，請務必注意公車和火車時刻表（公車班次有限，太晚會沒有公車可坐）。旅館距離火車站有距離，基本上不能用走的。離旅館非常近的公車站是Grabenbachstraße/Saalachstraße, Bad Reichenhall。入住時需要現金付旅遊稅，但是附贈的遊客卡可以讓你省下許多公共交通費用（例如前往國王湖、鹽礦、薩爾斯堡）。房屋主人有養狗，可能會熱烈吠叫歡迎住客，如果對狗敏感的遊客請注意。我們是一家三人入住，整體體驗非常好，推薦給不想住一般旅館的遊客們，這裡能讓你有家的感覺。

el apartamento está muy limpio, es grande y tiene una terraza agradable, hay aparcamiento dentro del reciento en la misma puerta. Es de esos apartamentos que a las 2 horas de estar instalado, ya lo sientes como tuyo. Los propietarios viven abajo pero son discretos.

el único inconveniente es que las estancias están separadas por un pasillo por el cual, pueden pasar otras personas para entrar al otro apartamento, por lo tanto si comes o duermes o te duchas con la puerta abierta, esas personas te puede ver. pierdes un poco de intimidad pero por el precio que pagamos y lo bien preparado que estaba todo, no me importaría volverme a alojar a pesar de este inconveniente. No hay microondas y el frigorífico NO tiene congelador
