Nice apartment to stay some days.

Very helpful and hospitable host. She (or her friend) reacts quickly of any requests. The apartments are clean and nice. There is an electric grill on the deck, you can make dinner and enjoy it on the terrace in front of the house. The next to apartment there are great therm and nice supermarket. Говорят на русском.

In another part of the building is being repaired and this is not always convenient by the reason of some noise. The kitchen and dining room are too small.

Zentral gelegene Unterkunft mit Komfort

Für meinen Aufenthalt war es wichtig zentral zu wohnen, einen extra Schlafraum und einen Parkplatz zu haben. Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet was ich brauchte und . das Bett ist sehr bequem. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend und trotzdem zentral.

sehr zu empfehlen, gern wieder

Es war alle zur besten Zufriedenheit. Die Vermieter*innen waren sehr freundlich. Es stand Wasser, Obst und Süßigkeiten als Willkommensgeschenk da. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet mit Kaffee, Tee, Öl, Gewürzen usw. Gern wieder.

Was mir nicht gefallen hat, ist mehr ein persönliches Ding und hat in keinster weiße mit der Vermietung zu tun, war der Duschvorhang. Damit komme ich nicht zurecht.

地理位置很好，步行5分钟到超市，8分钟到火车站和汽车站。

浴缸的下水比较慢，如果你是长头发每次洗完头后都要清理。浴缸很好，尤其是对于徒步后泡澡很舒服，但是由于是热水器烧热水，需要一个人先洗完澡后等待30分钟才能下一个人洗。

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit guter Lage und herzlicher Begrüßung

Wir haben ein paar angenehme Tage in dieser Ferienwohnung in Bad Reichenhall verbracht. Die Lage ist wirklich ideal – das Stadtzentrum ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, sodass man das Auto einfach mal stehen lassen kann. Praktisch ist auch der Parkplatz direkt an der Unterkunft. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet für drei Personen und bietet alles, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt braucht. Besonders nett fanden wir die kleine Terrasse, auf der man gemütlich sitzen kann. Ein echtes Highlight war die herzliche Begrüßung durch die freundliche Vermieterin – sogar mit frischem Obst und einer Flasche Wasser zur Ankunft, was wir sehr zu schätzen wussten.

Ein paar kleinere Wermutstropfen gab es dennoch: Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und insgesamt eher traditionell gehalten. Auch roch es bei der Ankunft leicht muffig – vermutlich, weil es sich nicht um einen Neubau handelt. Zudem befindet sich derzeit eine Baustelle an der Straße, was am Morgen zu etwas Lärm geführt hat. Eine Kleinigkeit, die uns im Alltag aufgefallen ist: Es fehlte eine Abtropfmöglichkeit für das frisch gespülte Geschirr.

Gute Lage, sauber und freundliche Gastgeber

Die Lage war wirklich gut, die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe zum Bahnhof und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren in wenigen Minuten ebenfalls zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Gartennutzung mit kleiner Essecke und zwei komfortablen Liegen bietet die Möglichkeit, sich zwischendurch im Grünen zu entspannen. Die Ausstattung der Küche war für einen kurzen Aufenthalt völlig ausreichend. Das Bett war bequem. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich.

Die Küche bot einen kleinen Tisch mit zwei Stühlen sowie ein Sofa, dass allerdings war leider nicht bequem und lud somit nicht länger zum Verweilen ein. Bei schlechtem Wetter gibt es also außer dem Bett eigentlich keine Option zum Entspannen. Für draußen wäre eine Lichtquelle noch ganz praktisch, um auch in den Abendstunden noch den Außenbereich nutzen zu können.
