Agréable vue sur port ⚓

Bel appartement situé dans un quartier calme avec une très sympathique vue sur le port. Agréable odeur à l'arrivée, intérieur propre malgré quelques minous de poussière dans les coins, bien équipé et aménagé avec goût. Un point d'honneur à Manon de la conciergerie pour son accueil et sa gentillesse. Malgré le week-end de chassé-croisé elle a pris le temps pour qu'on prenne possession des lieux dans de bonnes conditions, merci Manon 👏👏👏

L’ensemble des prestations et l’environnement bien que très touristique et aussi les 14 pages un record pour une location de 3 nuits et aussi la bouteille de cidre d’accueil La vue sur le port de plaisance

La difficulté de stationnement en ce week-end du 15 août Un environnement très touristique Un 3eme étage sans ascenseur difficile d’accès pour mon amie se déplaçant à l’aide d’une béquille La rue très passante entre l’immeuble et le port

Klidně místo. Předání klíčů velmi dobře zorganizované. Slečna ( paní) Manon byla vždy k dispozici, když jsme potřebovali informací o parkovacím místě nebo poradit s výběrem restaurace.

Apartmán již pro 3 osoby trošku malý. Ale informace o rozloze apartmánů jsme měli předem. Takže to nemohu psát jako výtku.

La proximité et en même temps la discrétion des lieu , de la résidence .

Die Unterkunft befand sich in der 3. Etage. Da ich derzeit an Krücken laufe, war das leider für uns in der derzeitigen Situation nicht optimal.

Situation exceptionnelle. Vue magnifique. Apparemment bien agencé, fonctionnel. Stationnement facile pourtant long weekend de l ascension. Multiples balades possibles. Dépôt de pain/viennoiseries tout proche.

Appartement moderne très bien situé dans un environnement agréable ,tranquille,au pied du port Guillaume,tout près du centre de Dives sur Mer,cabourg et Houlgate. L'appartement est fonctionne,grande baie vitréel avec balcon ,cuisine bien équipée,le tout impeccable.

Appartement situé au 3ème étage sans ascenseur,mais marches pas très hautes.

Parfait pour un court séjour avec enfants

L'emplacement de l'appartement est parfait. Accès direct à pied à la plage. Le parking gratuit devant la résidence. L'accueil sympathique du personnel de conciergerie est très appréciable. Les couchages et la literie sont bien confortables.

L'appartement est très fonctionnel et agréable mais quelques petits points pourraient être améliorés : barre de seuil carrelage salle de bain décollée, une prise à refixer (ces points ont été signalés au personnel de conciergerie qui se charge de faire le nécessaire rapidement).
