But overall everything was great, I recommend the hotel with both hands

Hello, we stayed at the hotel for New Year's. We were in the room with a terrace (301). This is our second time visiting the hotel and definitely not the last. Let's start with the breakfast. They even gave us a basket of gifts for the New Year, we were very happy because the attitude of the staff is unique, to say the least, it is not as good in any hotel. The food, as always, is uniquely delicious. The staff tries very hard to make our stay nice. The lady at the reception and the two ladies at breakfast were very kind. We asked them to spoil us with food on New Year's and they responded immediately. They took care of our every need. I am really happy with the staff and I will definitely go to this hotel again.

The only thing they could change is to put small towel hangers on the bathroom door.

It worked for me

I had a very clean very quiet comfortable room on the 3rd floor. The location of the hotel is very good. I enjoyed the very Turkish-style breakfast, which had several cooked vegetables among other goods

I stayed 3 nights. During the full 2 days there was no servicing the room at all; in fact, I believe nobody came to the 3rd floor at any time because the floor itself became dirty as a result of rain but it was never cleaned while I was there. The roof leaked from the heavy rain in the stairwell and the breakfast area (but not my room). No English is spoken by the staff.

Good location, close to the centre and tourist sights and restaurants. Smooth check-in, helpful staff. Breakfast included. Payment by Mastercard accepted. Rooms with air conditioning.

Tiny rooms,very small beds.In the bathroom if you want to use the sink you have to step into the shower. breakfast in the lobby.Very noisy hotel.Space between doors and floors.Noisy.Noisy.I told the lady from the reception to change the spoons.The paint from the spoons is fooling down in the tea because of the hot water

I loved the breakfast and the staff. The lady at the reception was really kind and helpful even though she didn't need to be.

I could hear the TV from the room next door as well as when people talked from the reception. I also didn't like that the TV wasn't smart.

A home from home

The staff were fantastic, helpful and they obviously take a great pride in their hotel, which was spotless. The breakfast was excellent. We had a problem in our first room and with no fuss were moved to another.

For me the first room and bed were over deodorized, and this became overwhelming.

Overall our stay was good, the hotel is good value for the money.

The location is great literally 2mins walk to the main shopping streets. The check-in time is usually from 14:00 but we arrived at 7am and were accommodated by the receptionist without any problem. The breakfast was good. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room was good overall but it definitely needs some refreshment and renovation. There were not any clothes/towels hangers in the room.

Great chioce in Edirne

The staff is very friendly and helpfull. The room is spatious and comfortable. It was definitely a good chioce for my stay in Edirne. The hotel is walking distance from Selimiye Mosque

Lovely place to stay in Edirne

The hotel has modern interior, clean rooms and beautiful reception area. Lovely terrace on the last floor. They offer rich breakfast. Staff is very kind and always ready to help. Special thanks to Oğuz who welcomed us very late in the evening and helped us to find dinner!

We did not have any problems, but even if we did, I am sure the staff would have solved immediately.

We loved everything about this hotel! The location, the staff, the rooms, and the decoration! Everything was so beautiful, exceptionally clean, perfect location, and super friendly personnel! The staff was very accommodating, the hotel was able to arrange for a late check-out, which was very much appreciated! The rooms were large, with very comfortable beds! The establishment was super clean with a lovely atmosphere! We had a big all-you-can-eat buffet-style breakfast with plenty of choices! We will stay here in the future! :))
