Good ‘functional’ property for a large group.
Good location - easy access in to Wetherby. Relatively clean: bathroom and kitchen were clean but other areas hadn’t been hoovered (eg bit of Aero on the floor in one of the bedrooms).
Parking was potentially problematic - we arrived at 10pm on a Saturday and the nearby free car park was full. Fortunately the on-street car parking is only restricted to 1 hour from 8am-8pm Mon-Sat. House was quite cold when we arrived (15c). Struggled with thermostat, other than 30 minute ‘boosts’ to central heating (which has a pre-set limit of 21c).

Perfect!
We had a perfect stay. The house was really spacious, with a great area for socialising as a group. All beds were really comfortable and the whole house was spotlessly clean. Location was also five star with a free car park less than 20 metres away and bars and restaurants all within walking distance. We will be back.

Shabby and tired , photographs are not a true reflection of the state of the house . Poor quality linens throughout , uncountable beds . Not up to expectations

A very comfortable house in a great central village location
The property was in a great location to look around Wetherby, walkable distance to everything in the village. There was plenty of space for 8 of us to relax in the house, and the beds were very comfy! It was clean and the owner was very easy to contact before hand to offer parking advice, and during if we had any issues.
Only a couple of minor things, for example the lock on the bathroom fell off and some of the lights/lamps didn’t work. We told the property about the bathroom lock and they straight away responded saying they would get a maintenance man around.
