Good location - easy access in to Wetherby.
Relatively clean: bathroom and kitchen were clean but other areas hadn’t been hoovered (eg bit of Aero on the floor in one of the bedrooms).
Parking was potentially problematic - we arrived at 10pm on a Saturday and the nearby free car park was full. Fortunately the on-street car parking is only restricted to 1 hour from 8am-8pm Mon-Sat.
House was quite cold when we arrived (15c). Struggled with thermostat, other than 30 minute ‘boosts’ to central heating (which has a pre-set limit of 21c).

We had a perfect stay. The house was really spacious, with a great area for socialising as a group. All beds were really comfortable and the whole house was spotlessly clean. Location was also five star with a free car park less than 20 metres away and bars and restaurants all within walking distance. We will be back.

Location , size
Shabby and tired , photographs are not a true reflection of the state of the house . Poor quality linens throughout , uncountable beds . Not up to expectations
