Adequate, budget friendly, in good location and well equipped, comfortable, easy access.

Location, space, and kitchen ware were good. Nice to have TV in all rooms and big fridge, stove. Transit, beach, convenience store nearby. We were a family of 5 adults, with 2 joining later, and 1 baby. 5 nights. The space was adequate, and communication with host was good. Easy to take #1 bus, nice neighborhood to walk in. The beds were comfortable, although very high. Good bedding. We didn't use the portable ac so can't comment. Fans were enough. Laundry was nice to have, same with crib and high chair - but it didn't have straps. The place was good enough for our needs and it fit the budget. Some earlier reviews mentioned bugs but we didn't see a single one. The place is dated, but clean.

General upkeep could be better. That yellow couch in photos is very old and dirty, we managed by covering with extra bedsheet. The other sofa had a bit of a funky smell to it. No fan in main bathroom and loose faucet - was supposed to get repaired but did not. You can hear the upstairs residents a bit, especially middle of the night, maybe shift worker ? There was nothing terrible or major, just small things that could make this nice place better. Towels, definitely need upgrading, since a microfibre face cloth is good for dusting furniture, not washing oneself. We used the beach towels as spares. Not a big deal. The BBQ is not usable, rusty, but since the weather was bad it didn't affect us.

We enjoyed our stay and the apartment was good.

Quiet location across road from beach. Fully furnished apartment and had 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Air conditioning in the bedroom took up one side of the room. Couch was uncomfortable and the apartment could do with upgrade.
