8min to Downtown with Rooftop Golf Grill and Firepit

The location was very good. Great city views and close enough to Uber to downtown or to the Titans stadium. Plenty of space. The place is huge, with a large common room on the roof. The outdoor area overlooking the city at night was a big reason we booked this house. The kitchen was well stocked and the appliances were clean and/or nearly new.

The only issue with the location was the proximity to the Very Busy highway. The road noise was almost overwhelming at times when on the rooftop trying to relax. Road noise from the King bedroom was significant as well. We used a small fan (provided) to add white noise. The description was misleading to me. There are three bathrooms, but only the King room had it's own. The other two bedrooms need to share a hallway bath, and the third is just a half bath off the first floor kitchen. The beds have a flat sheet over the mattress (no fitted sheet) and just a duvet/comforter over the sheet. Note: the owner was very quick to respond to our request for additional sheets. There are no clothing closets and no dressers in the bedrooms. You live out of your suitcase all week. This was a major annoyance for us. The rooftop golfing green was covered in sand and unusable. Regarding the broken front door: I see reviews from May 2024 showing the broken door. It is STILL broken and rather unsafe. We slept with a chair wedged under the handle. Not what you'd expect to do for the money paid.

The location is close to downtown with a great view of the skyline. There is enough space to sleep several people.

I didn't like 3 dehumidifiers and the musty smell throughout the home. There were signs of moisture in one of the bedrooms and it showed through the paint they tried to cover it up with instead of a proper fix. The property management asked me to empty the dehumidifiers and all 3 were full. The oven was placed on bake but burned everything on the top like the broiler was on. We're a family of 5 with special needs kids and picky eaters so cooking during the stay was very important. The top floor AC is basically non. The mini split doesn't work. They have a portable AC and a fan but it didn't help. There are 5 total TVs and we could only get 3 to work. I stayed here just over 2 years ago and I was hoping that things had been repaired or replaced because the location and space is great. Unfortunately it was worse than the first time I had stayed. There were 4 towels and 4 wash cloths. I brought extra towels for the kiddos. There were no dish cloths to wipe down countertops and ants were present. I bought a disinfectant cleaner and sponges to properly clean the kitchen. My daughter walked on the floor and her sock turned black so the floors were very dirty and I didn't see a mop anywhere. I slept in the living room because the moldy,damp smell was the worst on the 2nd floor with the bedrooms. I couldn't sleep and ended up with congestion and sneezing. This property is very mismanaged IMO. It could be amazing but it was disappointing. We came with our 3 kids, 2 with special needs and needed the space and a clean place to prepare meals. The cookware and bakeware needs a serious update as well to something that's not rusty and not Teflon that's scratched and not safe to use. I did empty the dehumidifiers and cleaned everything I could hopefully making some better for the next folks that stay here.
