The location was very good. Great city views and close enough to Uber to downtown or to the Titans stadium.
Plenty of space. The place is huge, with a large common room on the roof. The outdoor area overlooking the city at night was a big reason we booked this house.
The kitchen was well stocked and the appliances were clean and/or nearly new.
The only issue with the location was the proximity to the Very Busy highway. The road noise was almost overwhelming at times when on the rooftop trying to relax.
Road noise from the King bedroom was significant as well. We used a small fan (provided) to add white noise.
The description was misleading to me. There are three bathrooms, but only the King room had it's own. The other two bedrooms need to share a hallway bath, and the third is just a half bath off the first floor kitchen.
The beds have a flat sheet over the mattress (no fitted sheet) and just a duvet/comforter over the sheet. Note: the owner was very quick to respond to our request for additional sheets.
There are no clothing closets and no dressers in the bedrooms. You live out of your suitcase all week. This was a major annoyance for us.
The rooftop golfing green was covered in sand and unusable.
Regarding the broken front door: I see reviews from May 2024 showing the broken door. It is STILL broken and rather unsafe. We slept with a chair wedged under the handle. Not what you'd expect to do for the money paid.

Not much, it had a decent view
It was not conveniently located. It was very noisy and right off the side of the expressway. It was not clean and several things were broken including the front door. Several rooms did not have blinds or window coverings. There was a small plan growing between the front door seal. It smelled of mold, musky mildew.
