The bedrooms were great! Master bath was excellent & owner was very courteous and responsive! Distance to uber to Broadway was great!
Wall deco wasn’t up, needs new lightbulbs n small repair’s, chairs replaced, couch was horrible, ants are very bad & neighborhood was not good!

Loved the house.
Didn’t like the loud hot tub. Freezer door broken beeped all weekend. Not all burners on stove worked.

The location was convenient and just close enough to downtown but also far enough away.
The couch was way too small for a house that sleeps 12 people and very uncomfortable …. as well as the kitchen table. Not enough seating. There was no trashcan outside. The walls were very damaged and also needed painting. No hangers and no extra blankets. When we got to the house, it was 53° inside. It was freezing and it took forever to get it warm and very hard to keep the downstairs warm. The freezer drawers were all broken and had nowhere to store any frozen items. It was over priced and bare minimum effort was put in to the upkeep of the house. Pots and pans were not usable they were completely destroyed and scratched. Outside bar was warped and black with some sort of staining and it’s also not off the main floor. It’s off the second floor bedroom, which is extremely inconvenient for anyone to go and hang out . It’s a shame because the house has a lot of potential. Upon arriving, we did notice that the toilet seat was broken and they were very responsive and came out the following day to fix it. Overall, disappointed in the condition/upkeep of the house
for the amount of money that we spent.
