The room and amenities were as advertised and ample for comfort. Access instructions were perfect. Location was perfect for my needs.
I only needed it for a night’s sleep but the lack of someone to talk to - it’s all via WhatsApp and phone after hours - can be a bit disconcerting. I wanted the number of a taxi company early in the morning and would have liked to have spoken to someone. But that’s a minor point - overall a very good experience.

The location is incredible, a 10 minute walk from the Duomo and just outside your door you have all the shops you can imagine. Located within a beautiful lane that will make you fall in love with Milan. The room itself is very spacious and has lovely interiors. Would definitely recommend and stay here again! Plus it has the yummiest cafe 20m away, perfect breakfast spot.

Room is dated and worn. Bathroom basic and shower was blocked but no staff on site to resolve.
