    Great location. Since the building and property is old - most of rooms air conditioners do not function. Specially in summers the rooms are very hot and stuffy even at nights. Had to fight to get a up graded room which had regular cooling of air conditioner. The staff was kinda non corporative and rigid - not ready to understand customers POV and problem. Asked me to pay extra to update the room which i refused. When I asked for my refund so i can checkout and find another hotel, they refused for that also. But later they realised that their property is outdated and hence toned down their voice while talking.

    Great hotel at a great location. The rooms are large and spacious. Near to all the shopping malls, restaurants and just a few minutes away from the Duomo. A great spread for the buffet breakfast. The SunEleven rooftop bar is a plus with great views of the Duomo. Go at night. Definitely worth the money.

    The triple room was good, this time the bathroom is closed with a door, not transparent glass, we asked for a fan and they provided us with one. Perfect location is the doumo.

    I won't recommend junior deluxe suite, the shower has transparent glass, and it was impossible to use with teenagers, we had to order extra towels and hang them on the cloth hangers and hang it on the glass so it will be covered and when we asked for 2 more hangers to cover the other side of the shower unfortunately they said they don't have.
