Close to city centre, old style, no parking spots reserved

Not that far away from the city centre, had all the necessities.

Old style, the TV had only 3 or 4 programmes, not smart TV, THEY HAD ONLY ONE PARKING SPOT. Only 1 for so many rooms and I had to park on the street which you need to pay for.

Very good stay, the bar downstairs is very nice, haven't tried the food though, but the beer is excellent! The room was nice, cozy bed, clean.

The bed sheets and pillows smelled of perfume, so either not cleaned, or perfume was supposed to be there.

Very enjoyable stay, after a 16 hr journey

Price of room not as advertised on booking. com. Breakfast good but was advertised as included but was not. Staff very amenable despite language barrier. Very pretty venue.

Avoid this place

Nothing

When we arrived it looked closed but cleaner leaving and let us in. Asked what time restaurant was open as just wanted to eat and she told us it was closed as well as bar. No facilities that we thought we were getting. Got to room on top floor☹️ and was dated and felt dirty. Bed didn’t look clean and we were going to leave but so tired after a 10 hour journey we put towels over bed and slept. Woke up to loads of noise around 5.00. Bin day and lots of traffic.

Good enough for a short stay

I was able to secure my bicycle in a locked room overnight.

There was no shower gel, shampoo or hairdryer in the bathroom, which I would expect in any hotel.

Both room & bathroom were spacious, the bed was quite soft Also the personnel was incredibly helpful, as I arrived late at night, they just left the keys for me to find

Staff was friendly but a pity they didn’t believe us that the room and bed was very smelly….

We booked two rooms. In both rooms there were water bottles but no openers. There was a water cooler but not even one tea bag or coffee. The soap in the bathroom was empty. Worst of all was the fact that the bed in one of the rooms wasn’t clean and very smelly. We had to sleep with all windows open. The curtains only covered part of the windows and were no use at all. The bad was absolutely terrible. In Germany we always have the best experiences with hotels and how clean they are. But this hotel can better be avoided!!

nothing. the receptionist/waitstaff were just exceptionally rude and intrusive. one middle aged woman with blonde hair refused to give me her name after telling me she would double the cost of a double room because my friend was dropping me off there.

Tolles Zimmer zu einem tollen Preis!!!

Unkomplizierter Check-In mit Schlüssel in Schlüssel-Box mit Code. Tolles Zimmer.....ist von außen nicht zu erwarten. Total gemütlich und urig mit Kamin und sichtbarem Mauerwerk.

Sehr hellhörig, was uns aber nicht weiter gestört hat bei nur einer Nacht Aufenthalt. Man hat lediglich den Zimmernachbarn kommen und im Zimmer laufen hören.

Billigste, z. T. primitive Ausstattung, billigste Baumarkt-Qualität, z. B. keine Nachttisch-Beleuchtung, der „Kleiderschrank“ war offensichtlich vom Sperrmüll, keinerlei Ablagemöglichkeit im Badezimmer, kein Ansprechpartner, keine Info-Mappe auf dem Zimmer, JEDE Nacht zwischen 4 und 5 Uhr morgens mind. 10 Mal sehr laute Klallgeräusche aus dem Bereich des Nachbarzimmers (aber nicht durch Menschen erzeugt), die 2. Etage war nur durch eine Wendeltreppe erreichbar (und das mit schwerem Gepäck mit 78 Jahren),

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist spitzer. Das Zimmer war sauber, mit geräumigem Bad und Balkon. Da ich einen Termin an der HTW hatte, war auch die Lage für mich hervorragend.

Simple mais confortable et bien situé

À proximité de la vieille ville, du jardin franco-allemand, de supermarchés et de la piscine, on peut s'y rendre facilement à pied. Il y à aussi un arrêt de bus à 2 minutes à pied. Jolie chambre tranquille avec balcon.

J'ai été surprise de ne trouver personne lors de mon arrivée, mais finalement tout c'est bien passé, par téléphone et sans contact.

Das Zimmer war groß und geräumig. Das Doppelbett ist für zwei Personen groß genug.

Das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig und unter der Zimmertür hat es sehr durchgezogen, wodurch es im Zimmer recht kühl war. Leider wurde auch kein Frühstück angeboten, obwohl es über Booking angeboten wurde.

Ich kann dieses Hotel sehr empfehlen.

Ich war auf der Durchreise und habe ein sehr schönes und grosses Doppelzimmer für Einzelbelegung erhalten. Das Zimmer war geschmacksvoll eingerichtet und das Bad war sehr gross. Auch konnte ich mein Motorrad vor dem Haus parkieren und habe im Restaurant gut gegessen. Da ich früher los musste hatte ich keine Gelegenheit das Frühstück einzunehmen.

Eigentlich alles in Ordnung, aber s. u.

"zur Klause" liegt gegenüber, ist aber anscheinend nicht mehr in Betrieb. Das Hotel nennt sich stattdessen "Schoofstall", ist also abweichend benannt.

OTTIMO PREZZO PER AVERE TUTTO QUELLO CHE TI SERVE

L'hotel è essenziale ma pulito. In una posizione tranquilla e comoda per raggiungere sia il centro sia il bellissimo giardino franco-tedesco. Di fronte una panetteria balcanica super e vicino supermercato. Silenziosissimo ci si sveglia con gli uccellini.

Schöner und kurzer Saarbrücken- Aufenthalt

Sehr schönes Hotel auf der Flussseite mit den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten Saarbrückens: das Schloss, die Ludwigskirche, die Schlosskirche, aber auch der Deutsch- Französische Garten. Außerdem war das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und die Ausstattung des Hotels, sowie des Zimmers, waren sehr einladend und komfortabel. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen und würde jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.

Der Kontakt vorab war sehr nett. Mein Hund durfte kostenfrei logieren, vielen Dank. Das Zimmer war nett und sauber mit ausreichend Platz für das mitgebrachte Hundebett. Für drei Übernachtungen waren Preis-Leistung in Ordnung.

Die späte Anreise war etwas wirr, da ich anscheinend Nachrichten der Unterkunft nicht erhalten hatte. Leider verfügt das Hotel nur über drei eigene Parkplätze im Hof, was schnell zu Platzproblemen führte. Ich fand es sehr unangenehm, als am Abreisetag weit vor der Abreisezeit ich frisch geduscht aus dem Bad kam und die Zimmertüren abgeklopft wurden, um zu fragen, zu welcher Zeit man abreisen würde.
