Klein, aber fein. Top Ausstattung, es ist an alles gedacht. Die Lage nahe Weinbergen und die Ausflugsmappe des Vermieters! Nicht zu vergessen der Begrüßungswein im Kühlschrank!

Gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis und Vermieter hat stets schnell und freundlich auf etwaige Fragen geantwortet bzw sehr gut proaktiv informiert. Generell recht gute fußläufige Lage der Wohnung zum "Zentrum" von Hambach (200-300m geschätzt).
Teilweise haben sinnvolle Küchenutensilien gefehlt (zB ein gescheites Brotmesser und nochmal 2 weitere Tassen wären auch klasse). Die Lage der Wohnung im Erdgeschoss mit Tür zu einer Hofeinfahrt die von den sonstigen Bewohnern doch recht regelmäßig genutzt wurde trägt dazu bei, dass man sich sicher nicht auf den Stühlen vor der Wohnung niederlässt und dass man sich teilweise nicht ganz unbeobachtet fühlt (da Fenster zur Hofeinfahrt).

Der Ausblick auf ein Müllhäuschen ist weniger romantisch.
