Me encanto el departamento, esta bien ubicado para recorrer todo caminando y si quieres ir para otro lado el tren esta cerca, estuvo genial. Mustafa siempre respondió a cada mensaje y todo super bien

La ducha es muy pequeña y solo le agregaría un poco mas de luz a la cocina comedor.

Helpful staff, the apartment's facilities were more than adequate as well as it was perfectly located, either heading to the city center or to the southern part of it, everything was easily reached, within a couple of minutes of walking distance. An absolute "value for money" stay in a lively and 'colorful' neighborhood with nice bars and restaurants nearby. Bella Parma, Bella Italia...Can't wait to return!

Wifi connection didn't work properly.

The property was located in a good area. The hotel itself generally had everything required such as cutlery plates glasses and most things that you’d need for your stay. The balcony was also extremely clean and comfortable to sit on however due to the bushes a lot of mosquitoes entered. The bedroom would probably be the best part of the apartment it was clean and comfortable the bedroom sheets were changed and fresh. There was also a desk and loads of storage space to store clothing. There was also ironing boards cloth dryer rack iron and hairdryers. Although the hair dryer was broken Key collection and drop off was also very good we did self check in and out. Their was a locker outside and it was a quick and easy process. The bathroom also came with one roll of paper and a tiny bit of hand soap. The kitchen has pans and pots for cooking however it would be better if they could even spend €5 on complementary coffee teas and sugar. The apartment also came with a hoover and mop however no mop bucket 😂 Would I come again yes but I would be a lot more prepared with cleaning supplies

Unfortunately there was many issues with the property aswell. - Firstly one issue was that it was not as described as in the photos you can see a washing machine however there wasn’t one during our stay. The sofa was also broken however the team were extremely quick and responsive and switched it over with some recliner outdoor chairs which aren’t very comfortable. Another main issue was the uncleanliness of the apartment especially as you pay for cleaning fees the floors were dusty and there was a lot of limescale in the bathroom. Another issue was that the WiFi did not work in the apartment and I was solo relying upon mobile data I did get in touch about this issue however they did nothing and instead ignored me about this issue. The WiFi only worked on the first day hence I was able to watch some tv. The bedroom tv also didn’t work and didn’t turn on. The bathroom shower was absolutely tiny unfortunately for larger curvier individuals it was a very tight squeeze to get in and out and water would unfortunately leak. The toilet was also very weirdly positioned making it extremely awkward when using the toilet. Again cleanliness in the toilet was a big issue very dirty especially when we came into the apartment. The AC was located on the of the bedroom door which wasn’t the best as it didn’t blow very cold air at all.
