The kind of mini himself is beautiful, and the location was amazing because we were only a few minutes from downtown Nashville work everything happens at night. We will definitely be back!

When you're upstairs in either bedroom it's very comfortable and warm, however, the living room and kitchen is always freezing and I found that the stripping between the doors that go out to the little deck or you can sit in a chairs is damaged and there's just a ton of cold air coming in there so they need to replace that. Also there's a tile underneath the rug on the third floor in the master bathroom that is cracked and every time you step on the rug it cracks more so that's something else they need to take care of before somebody gets hurt. Other than that it was clean, except for who was ever there the last time before I rented it the coffee pot was put away and it had nasty moldy coffee grounds in a filter in the coffee pot. So I took it out and I cleaned it thoroughly even the coffee pot itself and I ran three pots of water through it to get it clean it was pretty disgusting other than that those are the only complaints.

Privacy, comfortable, felt like we were at home. Lots of amenities to use and we felt safe.

Stairs! There were lots of stairs. However, on a positive note, we got lots of exercise in.
