Everything, The host was brilliant he even dropped us off at the airport in the early hours of the morning!. Perfect location easy to get to typical cultural destinations by train. Had a local atmosphere in Torre Annunziata which was beautiful.

No breakfast.
Location is great. Easy access to shops, restaurants and train station.
It would have been nice to have a clean table to eat outside the villa. The mattress in the double bed needs to be changed, and the oven was never cleaned after the previous guest used it. The villa would benefit greatly from a deep cleaning. Wifi signal is not great.
