Great location with a beautiful sea view from both balconies. The apartment was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The street below is busy but that didn’t bother us as we quite liked the bustling vibe (there was a festival during our stay) and the noise was cut out by the windows and shutters at night. The owner lives next door and she was very friendly and helpful. She organised our airport transfers with a trusted friend who was very good.

Geweldige locatie en mooi appartement met uitzicht op zee. Veel antiek en prachtig meubilair. Een typisch Italiaans rijkhuis, goed uitgeruste keuken. Сomfortabele matras, twee toiletten, volledig verduisterende ramen. De eigenaar bood veel hulp bij het vinden van de weg in de stad en was bovendien erg spraakzaam en vriendelijk.
De beste restaurants en bars liggen op vijf minuten afstand van de locatie.

The landlady lives in the neighboring apartment and is overly intrusive. It felt unpleasant, as if she was trying to make extra money off us.
After our arrival at 10:40 PM (we had agreed on 10:00 PM), she spent 45 minutes explaining in Italian how to use the apartment (as if we had never stayed anywhere before), and then said she had to wake up at 5 AM, so we needed to pay her an extra €20–25 for the inconvenience of the late check-in (this had not been discussed in advance, we were simply confronted with the fact).
We are also not sure about the tourist tax of €32 that she charged us, since in Italy tourist tax is usually not applied to private apartments, and it should not be charged for children.
We also had to pay extra for the air conditioning (this was the first time we encountered such a thing in all our travel experience).
As for the kitchen: the coffee machine was leaking, the racks had been deliberately removed from the dishwasher so it couldn’t be used. There was no hand soap, laundry detergent, clean kitchen sponges, or napkins. We had to specifically ask for bathroom towels.
There was no microwave, which would have been very useful.
Every night it was extremely noisy outside, so it was very difficult to sleep with the windows open – but since air conditioning was extra, that was also an issue.”

Very nice, large apartment. Cleanliness at the highest level. Immediate response to every question. They helped us with car rental.
Air conditioning at an additional cost. You can't use the dishwasher, it's empty without baskets for dishes.As five people we spent a lot of time washing dishes, the possibility of using a dishwasher would be a good option .Someone taped up the washing machine program selection, the shortest cycle is available
