It was a such a sweet apartment. So cozy and peaceful. I would definitely recommend it.
We had a slight issue but it was dealt with in a very swift manner. The staff were extremely helpful and responsive even though it was a Sunday.

I stayed in December for a weekend with my 10 year old son and found this apartment to be a perfect base to explore the city. Just a short walk from the main square and from bus stops to the Salt Mines or the Airport. There is a lovely pub/restaurant literally across the road which serves excellent pizza and has a big selection of board/card games. There is a shop on the corner for all the essentials. There are two secure doors to get into the complex so I felt very safe being by myself with my son. The room has a lovely homely feel, was very clean and equipped with everything you would need. The bed was super comfy and the smart Tv meant we could watch Netflix if we wanted to. The big curtains blocked out the light nicely for sleep. I imagine that the little outdoor space would be lovely to have in the summer but with it being December we didn’t really use it!

Nos gustó que estaba cerca del centro y rodeado de pastelerías y restaurantes (2 bares de leche) para comer comida típica polaca.
El baño olía continuamente a orín y cada vez que usabas el agua arrancaba un sonido muy fuerte al otro lado de la pared, como fueras por la noche y tirases de la cadena, despertabas a la otra persona.
El piso 11 no tiene ni horno ni microondas, que es algo que no entendimos, como no tienes un microondas que es básico!!! Siendo un piso para turismo que comprarás comida para precalentar o si te sobra algo, cosas rápidas para seguir viendo la ciudad y alrededores, no puedes. Ni una pizza te puedes hacer. Tampoco tenían fregona para limpiar el agua que se sale de la ducha, y la alcachofa fija y grande estaba rota. La cama es como una balsa de agua, muy muy blanda. Y se notaba que no se había aspirado bien ni quitado bien el polvo del piso.
