We arrived at nearly 1 am. The hotel was NOT easy to find but once we did we found parking just in front. We got our arrival instructions via phone, which they answered quickly.
We were on the 3rd floor, and there were no elevators we could find. The room was small but well laid out, and the bed was comfortable. The TV was massive. The bathroom was clean, and the water pressure was good. We chose this because it was very affordable for a quick arrival hotel. Perhaps if I were younger and on a tight budget, we could stay here, but at this time it was good for what i needed it, which was a quick overnight. I thought the value for money was really good.

The only good thing that I can say about this place is the wonderful staff. The reception is around the corner & no signage for URBANA Hotel. When we entered our room, there was a huge wet spot on the bed. The staff quickly got housekeeping to replace the bedding but I still have to wonder what caused that disgusting wet spot. The bathroom floor & shower were bare concrete. Our city view was an alley with maintenance supplies (last photo). Our room window was next to a bar that played extremely loud music until 2am, making sleep impossible. They did place us on the first floor as requested as there is no elevator. We did appreciate that!

This hotel was okay- nothing to write home about but clean and functional. It's in old San Juan and the facilities are a bit run down. Staff was nice and it's a fairly easy walk to the fort. It's also close to the water and cheap uber ride to the cruise terminal. The neighborhood did appear a little rough, but they have security measures.

Check in is around the block in a different building. I got no instructions about this in my reservation. We were on the third floor (no elevator) in a tiny (and I do mean tiny) room. I still would have said it’s fine, but we had no hot water. I did enjoy watching the Olympics on the smart tv.
