    Postive - Gentleman who works in the reception is very nice and helpful. Negative - Bed is like sleeping on the floor, mattress is terrible and hard. Bed cracks and creaks every time you roll over. Aircon/ heater does not work properly it is either freezing cold or too hot Toilet system did not flush well Ants crawling through the room Power clicks out through the day and night alot I personally would rather pay a little more to stay elsewhere! Not sure why the hotel has such high reviews which is what we based out booking off!!
