    We really enjonyed our stay at MSUG. The staff were super friendly, the room was spacious and we loved the vibe of the place. Also, having a washer/dryer in our room was such a nice touch

    We were really impressed with the big room, comfy bed, couch and table, lovely bathroom and convenient laundry. The location is perfect! We stayed three nights and were sad to leave.

    Picked this Airbnb from the great reviews. Am loving it~ spacious room size, if pillows can be firmer. With in-room washer cum dryer. Washing pods,room slipper, shower gel,shampoo are provided. Water dispenser is located on ground floor for additional top-up. Perfectly with elevator too. Each floor has 2 rooms if not mistaken, thus quietness. Bring own toilet amenities as many taiwan Airbnb and hotels dont provided. Love the aircon controller options- has cold air, warm air, humidity options. Staff were extremely helpful and warm, especially a big thanks one of the them (a him) whom gave wise advise on ways to alishan, via the train railway tainan instead of HSR tainan- we saved money and time, big thanks. Offered check-in drinks and local snacks-loving it too. Highly recommend. Down side-eateries are walking distances,so prepare to walk pls.

    This hotel is a gem for families. The in-room washer/dryer was incredibly convenient and something we haven't found in many other hotels. Beyond the great facilities, the owner is a very sincere person who genuinely cares about his guests' comfort. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be returning on our next trip to Taiwan!
