    Their was no cattle in the room. Shower was not working.. there was no slippers . Beds were not clean .. there was not even fan in the sitting area... What kind of suite rooms was these ... horrible experience

    This hotel, should be a pension, the rooms are very dirty and bad looking, the good thing is the location, you can walk everywhere, but even with that, they should have lowers fees, they charge as if you where staying in a hotel and the rooms are deplorable, its very calm and safe.

    This was my second stay at your property. My first visit was excellent, which is why I chose to return. However, this time I faced several concerns that I feel are important to share. At check-in, I booked the same room category as before, but was allocated a different room (303 instead of 302). When I raised this at reception, one staff member responded dismissively, saying, “Do you really think it is a small room?” — which left a poor impression. As a Marriott employee myself, I found this approach unprofessional. Fortunately, Shubham assisted me with courtesy and professionalism, both during check-in and checkout. The in-room dining service was disappointing. While the breakfast was delicious, when I tried to reorder, the staff insisted I place all orders at once to avoid “sending the bill again and again.” This made me feel unwelcome to order freely, which is not the guest experience I expect. Overall, Shubham’s service was excellent, but the attitude of the other staff member was unfriendly and unapproachable. Because of these experiences, I will not be planning a third stay or recommending the property to friends. I hope this feedback helps improve guest service standards, as professionalism and a positive approach are essential in hospitality.
