    Want to stay in a Japan sleep pod? This is your chance! With exceptional value, the price includes the pod AND breakfast which was a good spread of food. The pod itself comes with charging USB port, lights and a safe to lock valuables. I would recommend and I would stay here again next time. Common room is available for home made dinners.

    1) told them earlier my flight on 7 march was delayed/cancelled and I could not check in on the 7 march . Asked if I could move my booking to the 8 march instead of 7 march. Hotel replied they cannot and I will be charged for the full stay which starts on the 7 march to 13 march which I was agreeable. And they will send a shuttle service to pick me up to send me to the hotel 2)was suppose to send a shuttle bus for me from Hirafu welcome centre on the 8 march 2026 to the Q fox hotel. Had informed the hotel earlier. Didn’t even bother to reply me. Or say anything 2) had to take public transport with my luggage in winter to the hotel. When I arrived to check in with the staff, they told me my booking is cancelled on 7 march 2026 day itself . And the manager *** cancelled my booking on 8 march 2026, and told me agoda INSTRUCTED them to cancel. Told me to find some other hotel at 6pm. I told them I couldn’t find and if there was any rooms still available. *** Told me there isn’t. When I enquired from Agoda, agoda informed me its the hotel that wishes to cancel the booking that day when I check in. Found out that there are rooms and beds in the female dorm available and had to rebook everything. VERY VERY RUDE HOTEL MANAGER named ***

    Everything is perfect here, and so affordable! Very comfortable, clean and tidy. The buffet breakfast is so perfect and delicious. And ALL THE STAFFS ARE FRIENDLY AND FUNNY!! Im so happy!! There’s a male staff at the night shift who i forgot to ask his name, he’s very friendly and speaks fluent english, he even gave me his own chopstick when i need it almost at midnight. Please give him a raise for his hospitality and his excellent english!! Definitely will recommend and come back here. 💛 thankyou somuch

    there is oldman look like chinese, maybe the officer or owner i dont know, so rude, He seems to be angry, shouting, ruining people's moods.space bed too small.hard to open.
