    I don’t usually write reviews, but my stay at Exotikka Hotel was so pathetic that I had to warn others. The moment I entered the room, I realized I had made a huge mistake. No room number, no basic cleanliness, and absolutely zero maintenance. Rusted shower that looked like it hadn’t been replaced in decades. Forget taking a comfortable bath—it felt unsafe to even touch it. Ugly, broken health faucet that sprayed water in all directions except where it should. Unclean bed with stains that made it impossible to sleep peacefully. Even the ceiling fan was dusty and shaking as if it would fall anytime. There was no mirror in the entire room—how does a hotel room not have a mirror? The bathroom was filthy, smelling bad and clearly not cleaned before handing over the room. And the worst part: Non-working flush. I had to call someone every time because it simply didn’t work. This was not a “budget compromise”—it was pure negligence and disrespect to guests. For the price they charge, Exotikka Hotel is completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise everyone to stay away, unless you want your trip ruined.

    Even after charging 3000 no AC and worst bathroom and its not an building its just an iron shed. Due to iron shed too much heat inside rooms. I did checkout in 3 hours. Don’t believe fake reviews
