    This Hotel is marketed extremely well on Agoda however and Agoda lists it as one price however when the payment went if my account I was charged the price of a 5star hotel. According to the hotel a 2 night stay on my booked dates should’ve costed *** rupees which was the advertised price on the Agoda app however Agoda debited *** of my account. The hotel is in a very convenient location to the ashram and all facilities and the junior staff employed at the hotel are extremely kind and helpful. In terms of cleanliness, the hotel lacks and the maintenance is quite poor. The wash basin in my room was leaking the one day flooded half my room however the owner refused to give me a new room and said they will call in a plumber the next day only. The next morning we were given a time that the plumber would arrive during the day and wasted a whole day waiting yet the plumber did not show up. In terms of the staff the day manager who is female had a nerve to still ask me to rate the hotel when I was leaving after not resolving the issue of me being overcharged and providing us with filthy towels as per the pictures attached. The night manager and the assisting helpers were always, kind, helpful and friendly and ever willing to help. The owner was very friendly however when I spoke to him regarding my payment issue that’s when his friendliness took a bit of a turn and I felt as if he avoided us whenever we tried to follow up. According to the owner of the hotel and the owners son they said I need to take up the matter with Agoda and when I contacted Agoda they said I need to take the matter up with the hotel. Between Agoda and this Hotel I am not sure which is the most shady characters in this story but I do not recommend using this booking site or hotel as such incidents can really ruin a persons hotel and spiritual pilgrimage. This is sad how tourists get and pilgrims get exploited and I do intend reporting this matter to the tourism board as this is quite fraudulent.     Not worth for the amount they charge. Promised WiFi didn't work. Layer of dust was seen on tables and sofa was cleaned long ago. More attention is needed for maintenance.

    It was okay, felt that the management was a little money minded, but it was good for a one night stay. Nothing too fancy. It was comfortable. However AC was not working and neither the bathroom door shut properly.

    Agoda has charged me R*** to my card for a 2 day stay. Yet I followed the cancellation policy of this hotel. I am currently in India on vacation and from the day I arrived I enquired why I was charged for a week extra yet I cancelled on time and followed the cancellation policy rules. When I query with the hotel owner and staff they advise me to contact Agoda and when I contact Agoda they say I should contact the hotel owner. Paying this amount of money is unacceptable for this kind of a hotel as I am being over charged and ripped off. My experience was awful and I query daily with the hotel if the matter has been sorted yet nothing has been done as yet to date. This will be the last time that I ever use Agoda to do a booking again as my entire vacation has been stressful trying to resolve this and I was charged and exploited for a two day stay being charged R***.
