    The staff was very helpful, and from the first meeting, you’ll feel like you’ve gained a friend right away. The location is very convenient, as it’s close to subway and bus stops. There are also many great restaurants nearby. The facilities are not new, but they are well-maintained and clean. Water and other essentials are also provided for free. One thing to consider when booking is that the hostel has no elevator. However, if you don’t have accessibility concerns, this shouldn’t be a problem. Overall, you get good value for your money 😊

    When we booked our accommodation in Seoul thorough Agoda, we found nearly all the Reviews in Agoda about this hostel were “Excellent”. So, we booked a “Twin Room” with “City View and 30m²”. When we checked in, the owner told us that he would “UPGRADE” our room to an even bigger “Family Room” for 4 persons. Unfortunately, his so-called “Upgraded Bigger Family Room” was as following: 1) The size is much smaller: The room was squeezed in with one Queen bed and one set of “bunk beds”. After we opened our two pieces of 20-inch luggage, there was no much space left in the room. I estimated the total size of the whole room (including toilet and vestibule) was at most about 20m². But the owner insisted this room was much bigger and better than the 30m²-room we booked in Agoda. 2) No View: Instead of “City View”, the room has no any view. It is actually located in the basement (the owner called it level 1). We did not know whether it was day or night, raining or sunny outside. I attach some photos of the room for your easy reference. I wonder what had been wrong with this booking.
