The owners of the property were very helpful and quick to respond with any questions. They left us breakfast foods and our favorite beer in the fridge. We were so delighted! Highly recommend!

I saw Dolphins everyday! This is literally a one bedroom apartment. This particular unit is better if you want privacy vs view but still enjoyed our view very much! Every beach was within 20 min and if you like fishing this is the spot. Pool was very clean and enjoyable with the boats going in and out of the marina/ dock. Hot tub was nice and hot. No front desk to deal with is great too for me. We will come back!!

Some of the positives of this property is that it is located in a waterfront location with really nice views. The area is very safe with ample free parking. The interior of the property has a nice layout with a small living room, kitchenette and dining set for two people. The balcony is nice for seating outside and watching the sunset. The staff is very attentive and often send texts to check on guests.
Some of the negatives include outdated bedding and uncomfortable pillows. The mini blinds were broken and were hard to open. The sliding door locks were broken and made access to the balcony hard. Appliances were ok, but showed their age. The ceiling fans were dirty, considering that guests have to pay a maintenance fee in addition to the room rate. All in all, nice place with all the amenities that guests would need; however, it needs some maintenance and updates to make it a five star location.
