It's an old house that comes with all the things old houses come with. Beds were comfortable, plenty of bathrooms. We had a group of 7. While there was enough space in the dining room to seat us all, there wasn't space in the living room for us all. Blinds are broken, espscially in the bedrooms and need to be replaced. Would be nice to have had curtains in the bedrooms. There was little pieces of trash in the floor grates in the upstairs bedrooms. Location was fabulous, only took 10 minutes to get to most places. Communication was quick and prompt. Plenty of linens, towels, TP, paper towels. Very simple amd easy check in and check out.

This property was nice for the money and convenient to midtown Omaha and downtown. The home is a bit dated and tired looking on inside and outside. Great value for the money and accommodations for 6. Cleanliness was just okay and the heat worked ACs upstairs window units accommodated the bedrooms upstairs
